T.J. Maxx

On my receipt it says I was charged for 10 items and when I arrived home and opened my bag… I realized I only had half of the items I purchased. I always shop at this TJ Maxx location and this has never happened to me. If you shop here, make sure you get ALL your items!! Moving forward I will be more aware when they are bagging up my items. I wish I got the name of the women who rung me up..

Some people are clearly not meant for customer service. Whoever was at the cash register could not seem to (or want to) help us with a return. I went in with my fiancé and the lady was making very rude comments to us saying the garments (clearly new with tags) had been worn and eventually looked at me and said “I was talking to him” when explaining the situation. Never got our problem resolved here and went to a different store where they gladly helped us and apologized for our experience. Update: thank you to Luna for recognizing how uncomfortable we felt, and for that reason alone, saved our experience to some extent.

I'm so grateful to the manager Luna who helped me in a tough situation. I had to order clothes for my mom from another state while she's recovering from an illness (long story!). Anyway, Luna spent 30 minutes with me over the phone picking out clothes that would work and processing the order so we can have someone pick them up to deliver to my mom. Luna definitely went above and beyond! Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised by the available inventory of merchandise, it was assumed it would be slim pickings due to the virus but shelves were fuller than other locations. Great staff, I stood by and watched the welcoming greeting given by the young man cashiering. He also sanitized his area after EACH transactional encounter with customers adding to that the store have implemented barriers between each cash register (fight against Covid) -- I encourage all to stop in --- 🤜🏽🤛🏽!

This T.J.Maxx never fails to surprise me with its wide array of products at such affordable prices. Each visit feels like a new adventure, thanks to their ever-changing inventory. From high-end designer labels to unique home decor, there’s something for everyone here. The store layout is well-organized, making it easy to browse through different sections. What impresses me the most is the quality of merchandise relative to the price - it’s a haven for budget-conscious shoppers who don’t want to compromise on quality. The staff at T.J.Maxx are always friendly and willing to help, adding to a pleasant shopping experience. While the checkout lines can be a bit long at times, the deals I find are well worth the wait. It’s my go-to place for great finds without breaking the bank!

Rude customer service at check out. I went to TJ Maxx the other day, which I normally do on payday. Perhaps there was something was in the air. Per usual they were short staffed at checkout, which at this location, I'm used to.. The line is usually long with one or two cashiers working. Again, totally fine. After waiting, I was called to register 5 where I believe the manger was working. She was an older black women and after saying hello, she didn't reply. I asked how her day was going and she asked me if I wanted to apply for a job???!?!?!? It came off very condescending. I told her no and again, asked how her day was. She rolled her eyes at me, and said fine. She then proceeded to hang up clothes behind the counter as I just stood there, waiting for her to ring up the winter jacket i wanted to purchase. After about 2 minutes of just standing there; she finally rang up my order. I smiled and said thank you and again she rolled her eyes. Honestly, this tj maxx is quite busy. I get that. But just because you're having a bad day or even at rush times, I expected more from a member of management. I suggest they work with their employees on being more friendly and approachable. I will say the other two employees I interacted with were wonderful. Very friendly and smiling. Overall I'm unsatisfied with my visit today and will just go to the Brighton location moving forward.
